So today is day 1 of my new stronger me.... I stumbled upon your videos and find them very do-able. For my first day I think that I did ok. My form is weak, but I never did this stuff before. I am an old lady, give me a break. Let's see what the evening 10 min look like! I have to remember to breathe doing this. Wish me lots of stick to it-Ness!!!!!!
3 days and 3 nights into it, form getting better. This must be some fancy medicine because my HANDS and ELBOWS feel a million times better!!!! I can actually use them when I wake up. Thanks Julia for such a do-able routine. I am not intimated. I can stick with this. I know that I can!!!!
Please Julia can you make a calming and destressing stretch about 30 mins long. I’m constantly stressed out and I know I’m not the only one. Stretching really helps me to calm down and think clearly 😊
Can't even tell you how much I love this short routine. I wish I could like it multiple times 😄 I do this at least three times a week, and each time, I'm surprised at how efficiently it soothes sore muscles and relieves aches. Thank you so much, Julia!
Found your channel, subscribed, and never leaving. You are just what this 49 year old body needs! I've done a few of your short videos the past few days and they all have felt great. I might not be great at them (that book opener, yikes am I tight in my back!!), but with your guidance, I know I'll stretch my way into feeling wonderful. Thank you!!
Really enjoying your mobility and stretch workouts. I have been doing yin yoga for a while but I like the more dynamic flowing nature of your videos. If I stick to doing these daily I definitely feel my hip and lower back pain reduce. Thanks for a wonderful structured program for mobility that ISN'T yoga.
You are my new favorite workout partner! I have been following you for over a month now. I really love these short practices in the morning and the longer ones in the evening. My mind and body feels so good after. Thank you, Julia!
I just discovered your videos on RUclips and I love all the stretching videos with music. This is what I do after each training session. Thank you for sharing these with us.💁♀️🥰👍

Wow that book opener move was SO good 😱 It released so much tension from my shoulders and upper back. Thank you so much for sharing these videos, they have helped my body do so much more than i thought it could ❤
Hi Julia few years ago i have done a surgery (laparoscopic) to fix a labrum tear in my hip. Do you think MTC > hamstring bow is good for me to do? Thank you for your kind help.
Hi there! 😊 I am in no position to give medical advice. Please never trust online coaches/youtubers etc with this sort of stuff - they/we don‘t know your medical history or the state of your body. Please consult your healthcare professional instead if this is something you‘re unsure about. 🙏🏼
Mostly from what I see and then assessing what’s working and how effectively (sport science degree + years of experience comes in handy here). For a full body stretch I usually gather stretches I think are most effective for certain body parts and then put them together in a way that groups upper & lower body. Then working from easier versions towards harder. 🤗
Hey guys im new in this mobility world and i was wondering whats is best every day change routine or stick with one for a week 2 3 or a month can anyine share some clarity
I guess it depends on your goals. For me it's mostly about making my body feel comfortable so I usually choose workouts focusing on parts of my body that's get tense from stress and sitting. I believe it's also good to listen to your body and with time you will be able to make choices, so try stuff

Hi Julia. Great videos! Can you do a full body stability workout for athletes?
Hey hey 🤗 I have a knee stability gym workout which is a good starter. I’ll take note of this but it’s not my specialty. 🙏🏼
Will try this as a post workout cool down today.
hope you liked it 😎 there’s a warm up / cool down playlist on the channel too if you haven’t caught that yet ☺️
Thanks for this mobility
🙏🏼😎
This is excellent. May I ask that u label what u are targeting on each stretch so I know exactly what body part I'm stretching. Thank you much!
I’ll add these in as time stamps, good point! The next one will have this included. ☺️

A beautiful stretch!
😍🙏🏼
Thanks
Thank you Buck, I appreciate it! 😇
Could you do a series of stretches with injuries? I have a hip injury which prevents me from bringing my knee towards my torso
IMO non-guided videos aren’t a good way to address specific injuries. 🙏🏼 You may want to check in with your physio on this for some exercise inspo!
This is done ✅

Super Frage! Schau mal auf meiner Amazon-Seite (einfach über google suchen). Da hab ich auch Fachliteratur verlinkt. ☺️🤗
I really wonder how you come up with the moves.

i can never hear the side change beep over the music
Possibly wasn’t following correctly. Seems like u didn’t always do both sides? Was some good stretches overall
Thank you! There’s usually beeps during intervals for side changes and the preview includes a “w/ side switch” note. ☺️
🔥💪🏽👍🔥🏅🏆🌿👍🏽🌹👍
😎🙏🏼
Thank you ❤
